I’m a friend of food. I assumed that my kids would befriend food too. This was not the case.
Even though my kids ate healthy foods from the moment they were born, I’ve struggled – like most parents – with picky eating. You can read about our struggle in this post, which documents our ordeal in all of its shameful glory. In order to overcome this challenge, I decided to introduce 100 new foods to our kids. If you can get past the incident with the ghost pepper, these are their entertaining / funny / confusing / sweet / endearing / maddening / inspirational stories. And yes, they’re better eaters now.
